how do i know what is stopping the water come through the showerhead, its just coming out of the whole box and the overflow pipe inside is only attached at one end any advice?
There's a Pressure Relief Device (PRD) inside the unit. It may have blown in which case it will need replacing. It may have been caused by a blockage in the shower head (e.g. limescale) or a high flow rate with a needle setting on the shower head. Replacing the PRD should be easier & cheaper than replacing the shower, if you have the skills to do it yourself or can get a friend to do it for you. It should be a quick job.
Our T80 has got the same problem and I would like to know how to replace the PRD. It seems to be held in place just by a sealant of some sort. Any advice?
