Mend Kleenmaid 804 Washing Machine Operates

how can I fix my Kleenmaid washing machine 804 aprox 8yrs old?

Machine operates normal till it gets to "E" on the timer dial, timer motor cuts out and nothing happens from there. I can manualy move timer dial on to next cycle (F to M) and things start to happen (slow tumble) but no water enters the tub. I have replaced timer so that's not the problem
