Mend Daelim Roadwin 125cc Noise Engine Mph

noise from engine?

i have a daelim roadwin 125cc 05 plate!when i get to about 45 mph i can hear a noise from engine (think its from there)and doesnt seen to want to go any faster!any help would be great!
