Mend Glow-worm 30ci Boiler Shutting Water

how can i fix my Glow-worm combi boiler 30ci?

my boiler keeps shutting down and shows the error message F1 the water pressure is ok - i turn off the boiler and it shows ok i.e green light but when i try to use hot water it shuts down with the error message
