Please Help with Maxent 42" Plasma TV Model #P4202YD02 ?

Hello Everybody
My Maxent TV sometimes work perfectly for 1-2 hours & sometime it does not. When I turn it on, green led blinks 10 times. Screen glow very dim and there is no display. Even remote does not work front pannel button also don't work. There is nothing with the heat issue because when I turn it on after hours it won,t. But, some time it work for 1-2 hours. I check PSU, it gives right volts and I resolded almost every board. Any idea would be appreciated.
