Has my freezer broken?

I have an ocean frost free freezer, am unsure of age as bought it second hand. It has been running ok however it has now started leaking water intermittently and a light will illuminate on the top showing a red triangle. I do not know what this means as i have no instructions. Also just before a leak occurs it sounds quite noisy.The water seems to be coming from underneath the freezer.
