I have a Hotpoint WMA54 washing machine and the drum appears to be jammed. It will turn about 10 deg in either direction then there is a resistance to turn any more. The belt is OK and there is no noise as if it is the bearings. Water drains away ok when you shut down the program as advised in the manual. Any ideas?
