silly radio can u help?

i have a ccr600 radio and all it says is safe have no idea wat im doing can u help ....... plus im not sure on my code i have lost it but my
gm is - 90 506 173
i also have the numbers - 1 614 438 phillips
then another code - pa6 - gf15
can some one please help thanks
