Mend Glow-worm 24Ci Boiler Heating Ignition

f1 flashing on glow worm 24ci?

the boiler is not igniting, have tried resetting it by swithching it off for 5 seconds and then on. when hot water tap or raidiator switched on the bioler makes niose as though its trying to ignite, then shuts off and flashes f1.
