Eddie-rally plus 14.5 riding mower?

initially the belt come off, while cutting grass
i put it back on,
the transmissiion goes into gear,
it still does not pull,

there is a linkage that a bolt or nut or carter pin has come off of; this seems to be the clutch linkage-not sure
