My sister got the battery replaced in her Clio 1.5 dci. She got the right code for the radio, but got no clue which button to press after she entered it. Can anyone help me with this?

She also has the problem that she cannot get it started, e.g. the "CODE" display isn't flashing. I know you need a barcode or security code to be able to help, but where can she find these? I'm a bit too far away (3000kms) to help her :D
