Mend TomTom One XL Tom Xl Sat

replacement Memory card for my TomTom One XL?

I lent my sat nav to a friend and he appears to have ejected the memory card by mistake and lost it!
Any idea how to obtain a replacement as I have mislaid my registration details. It was bought two years ago.
