Mend Nissan Micra Sprita Lights Vehicle

Nissan Micra Sprita Rear lights?

I noticed recently that when our car is put into reverse, the reversing light is on the L.H.S. and when the fog lights are switched on the lamp is on the R.H.S. only. Is there something wrong here or is this correct? (No owners manual)

a lot of motors only have one of each,look where you think the other fog lamp should be and quite often the part where the bulb should be is blanked off
