Mend Westherm Four Thermostatic Rad Valve

How can I fix a 'Westherm Four' thermostatic rad. valve?

Regardless of the temperature setting of the valve, the radiator is always ON. Rotating the cap makes no difference.

Westherm Westherm Four D.I.Y, Plumbing Thermostatic Rad Valve

Under the control head is a brass pin - they often get stuck in the fully on position - remove the control head and pull the litle pin up gently with pliers.
