rattlling sound from front of car why?

you didn`t say the noise was from your pedal area,you seem to have changed a lot with no gain,check you have no loose bolts at your steering column u/j`s,jack up and check for play in your rack,and check the rack mounts are tight,the other post about driveshafts may be worth a look too,there isnt much else to check what hasn`t been done

how can you be sure all looks and feels ok i would have thought sreering rack cause sound comes from the pedals area
