Mend Hotpoint FF200E Freezer Defrost Thermostat

why is my Hotpoint FF200E full of ice?

I defrost it,but after while the back of the freezer is with full of ice again.It is around 1 inch thick.The fridge seems fine.The door fasten well.Is the thermostat?Can you help me please?I dont want to spend for a new one.Thanks
