Mend Babyliss Pro 230 Light Hot Set

The power light is on but they wont get hot?

I have the limited edition purlple, which came with a travel hairdryer in a travel set in February 2009 as a 40th birthday present. The power light is on but they are not getting hot. What can I do and are they on a warranty?

this exact same thing has happened to me this morning! i have the same limited edition purple travel set and i have no idea what to do!!
