Mend Gainsborough Energy 2000X Shower Temperature Bathroom

how can i fix my gainsborough energy 2000x shower?

after a few minutes when the shower is switched on it cuts its self off and shows on the panel lit up reduce temp. this happens with all settings. please advise.
