How to fix 3 faulty windows in renault megane?

I purchased my renault megane last may and 2 weeks ago the passenger windows have both gone, they will not go down at all. Now only yesterday 16/7/10 my driver's wondow is stuck in the open position. I know renault have a fault with their windows, but this is taking the biscuit 3 windows all going within the space of nearly 3 weeks. Should I contact Renault about this lovely problem.
