Mend Triton Ivory 3 Shower Temperature

How can I fix my triton Ivory 3 shower?

My Triton shower has been working fine for about 2 years. But now the temperature dial doesn't seem to work correctly. Before as you went up the dial, from 1 to 10, the water become gradually hotter. Now its just cold or very hot!

Any suggestions?
