Mend Ravenheat RS28 Heating Error Code

error code 28?

my ravenheat boiler heating works okay.. but when i put hot water on after thirty secs the digital code 28 flashes up and the water goes cold..any ideas please

I had that problem and it was the flue sension, part number 0007SON11035, £15 on ebay.
