Mend Tricity Bendix BD913/2 Inner Removed Outer

How do I detach an Inner Glass door from a Tricity Bendix BD913/2 oven?

I have removed outer glass door but cannot get the old damaged inner glass door of the extendable hinges. There is no apparent mechanism to remove the hinges from where they are housed at the bottom of the oven.
