How can you Derestrict a Sudika 50cc Scooter?

Dear Adam, thanks for the advice. I have just retired from the Royal Navy; that may explain the way I write. The scooter belongs to my daughter and is a Sudika Lutetia SK 50QT that was purchased from ebay in 2008. I have had a look for the CDI and believe it is housed in a rubber sleeve, low down, just to the right of engine where the spark plug fits. If that is it, it must be a later scooter model as it only has 5 wires, no pink one.
This afternoon I'll look at the throttle slider to check for full movement.

ahh as you asked niceley i will :) ok they are restricted by a pink wire in the loom that goes to the cdi unit,take the footmat up and there is a panel under it the battery is in there and next to it is a black box with a wiring multiplug on it,just cut the pink wire and this will unlimit the revs !also they have a restrictor in the top of the carb on some of the models that stops the throttle slide from lifting all the way up.to test to see if it has this restrictor in it take the air filter hose off that goes from the back of the carb to the air box and put your finger in the back of the carb and lift the slide up it should go all the way up so the venturi is open fully if it doesnt then the top of the carb needs to be taken off and the stopper removed.good luck with it and thanks for asking so nicely most people do not do that.adam
