Mend Honda Civic Door Petrol Unlock

problem with my honda civic 5 door h.back 1995 1.5 petrol?

everytime i unlock my honda it wont open but i can hear a clicking noise. i disconnect the battery and try to unlock it unlock the door but when i press the button again to lock it wont lock but it click again and i can not start the car. please if someone know my car problem please help me!
