9 times out of 10 when this happens you broken one, or even both of the door hinge pin carrying parts off,(soft zinc alloy crap) A replacement door hinge will be needed the door portal then needs to be split in half to remove the old hinge, when you remove the hinge cabinet screws a backing plate maybe fitted and drop down, retrieve it out of the bottom then remove the door rubber around the 9 o clock position put hand in and support the backing plate while fitting the door mounting hinge screws, refit the rubber door gasket .
