resetting the functions on TCM radio controlled clocks?

I have recently relocated to Australia. Will the above TCM Radio controlled clocks, purchased in the UK, function in this part of the world? Secondly, if they cannot be radio controlled can they be manually set and if so, what is the procedure please?
