how can i fix my ford mondeo lx 2002?

My car keeps spluttering especially when i gear down.
It feels like petrol is not getting through or lack of power for a split second,then it jerks ive checked spark plugs and leads but there are ok

I had a new coil fitted like suggested and it did the trick, after spending a fortune on repairs this guy who suggested a coil was a very clever guy named wickham and without his advice i would be still spending a bomb and getting nowhere, my car runs like new again thanks to a new COIL wickham

coil pack where the 4 leads from plugs go into are bad for going on these,usually source one from scrappy,worth a look
