My ideal Standard dual push button toilet has stopped lushing?

My short flush button on my ideal standar toilet has stopped working and the log flush has to be held down untill all the water has been flushed through. I have taken the top off the cistern but cannot find anything to adjust to make the flush work. Any help would be great
