Mend Thetford C-200 CWE System Toilet Tank

No suction on C-200 CWE flush system?

I have recently been using the C-200 CWE toilet on my van without any problems. After re-filling the flush tank from empty I now find that there is no water delivery to the bowl even though the pump can be heard rotating. Any ideas of the cause please.

Further to my previous message I am pleased to say that the flush system is now working again. Thanks to the excellent advice from Tony McLean (posted in June 2009) I removed the pump from the tank and found that the impeller was working normally, so I turned the pump upside down, then placed it in a jug of water and it immediately primed. Put everything back in place,filled up the tank and it operates normally. Still don't know the cause of the problem, can only suppose that there was an air-lock. Thanks Tony
