No power to keypad?

I have an Accenta alarm, recently the power has stopped getting to the keypad.
Having taken the front off the blue wire has become detached and I don't know which connector to connect it back to, there are 6 connectors as follows:

OV black wire, 13V red wire, Comms white wire, Sound green wire, Blank with yellow wire, and Tamp no wire.

Is it safe to assume the blue wire goes to the empty Tamp connector ?

Please can you help ?
