Mend Bosch Washer Washing Water

My washer dryer bosch washing machine giving problems?

Not draining water nor dryering the clothes,it makes funny sounds,although it washes but just doesn't dry nor open the door,because it is full off water,it doesn't expel the water!what can do?can you help me please.
