how do i get a new pump and macerater for my turbo flush t12?

my turbo flush has and engine problem and can i get a replacement electric motor for this system it is failing to start exept when the primer switch is pushed.when it is taken to pieces there is a sticking point at which it is necessary to release it and it will then start to turn with out any problem. there for is the motor a little tired and a replacement might be a possiblilty
