how can i fix my siemens SE25AO9OGB/12?

My machine is not filling up properly,and it is making a funny gurgling sound.also it will not clean any saucepans i have in the bottom, but it will clean the plates. We have checked to see if there is a blockage but there is not one, also the water pipe is fine with no kinks in it
