my samsung e900 wont turn on?

i just brought the samsung e900 of a m8 and when i charge it up nothing happends and i left it in for about an hour and it still did nothing and nothing is rong with the charger cause it is new and it is defo the right one and also when i tried turning it on o2 come up on it and it just stays on that page and it wont do nothing so what could i do??? :'( =)
