Mend Philips Magnavox PTV775-AH01 Model Color Turns

How can I fix my 1997 Phillips Magnavox model # PTV775-AH01?

The color is almost completely gone and sometimes turns orange. I've cleaned the insides and the bulbs, but nothing helps. Would it be cheaper to just get another tv?

I have the same problem with my TV...after careful research, I have decided that the life of the TV is gone and I should purchase another widescreen.
