Pilot light went out, so turned switch to pilot and flicked auto-ignition. No response so waited as thought there may be air in pipe. Still no pilot upon retry so tried to ignite by taper whilst depressing pilot switch but still did not catch. Must be gas supply as the cooker next to the boiler works. Any ideas as to further options? TIA
Hi, I have just had exactly the same problem. I had to have the thermocuple replaced. I was also told that the ignition probe had turned around and could therefore not get the gas to ignite.
