I have no lights on my moped (81 Puch 50cc Newport Beach?

I dont no how to check for electrical power on my 81 Puch concerning the head and tail light. It may be something simple but I dont have any idea of where to begin. 1981 Puch Newport Beach model 50cc 2-speed transmission. Thank you for any comments.

your light run off the lighting coil. I would suggest something is at fault here. With regard to model etc you best get a manual and have a look. By a Haynes general electric manual. They may do one for Puchs not sure.

Either way the fact you have a puch on the road after all this time is great and I am impressed.
