Mend Car Start Starts

whats wrong with my car??

my car will start fine but as soon as the heat gauge gets to 3 bars she starts gudering when my foot is on the accelerator, then completely cuts out if my foot is on the clutch as she drops below the rev counter..... can anyone help???
