have a 03 renault megane ,,my front and back windscreen washers not workin?

Hi Darren, there is no fuse for just the pump, as both front and rear washer is not working it will either be the pump, easy to check to see if there is 12v at the pump connecter, it will be +12v or -12v depending on front or rear washer selected (pump runs one way or the the other depending on selection) or if your lucky where the pump fits onto the washer water bottle there will be a filter that has become blocked.
