How can i fix my panasonic NV-FJ620B VCR Power Supply?

My Panasonic VCR NV-FJ620B Power went off today and the display screen is currently blank. I tried taking out the plug and then plugging it back in again, however it is still blank. I also tried the VCR power plug in another piece of electrical equipment i have, and the plug itself is working fine. I also tried another plug in the VCR, however the VCR power remains off (nothing displaying on screen). The problem seems to be within the VCR itself, rather than with the plug.
