17 hp techumsa motor dies after 20 minutes?

I have a ohv17 techumsa motor it runs for 20 minutes and dies i will restart and dies 5 minutes later. I have replaced the needle & seat , main o-ring in carb , gas filter, and reset the valves. please help...
