Mend Vauxhall Zafira Plate Going

vauxhall zafira. noise from steering. ?

i have a 53 plate zafira and just recently, i have had a knocking noise on when i steer. happens when going forwards and in reverse and at all speeds. have checked track rod ends and they seem fine.
any ideas?

i have the same problem at the moment! almost like a clicking noise. no play in wheels at all. had new track rod ends. universal joint is fine. just wondered if you had any luck or if anyone got any new ideas

jack up front end and grab wheel and see if play up down and sideways also lift wheel up to check for play in top strut bearings
