Mend dtech Picture Half Screen

dtech t.v. Picture problem?

Half the screen is covered in multicoloured vertical lines. The other half has a perfect picture. The sound is excellent. Can't use the menu,to retune, for instance, because only half of the instructions are shown. Help please.
