Where can I get my Creative Zen Mp3 player repaired?

The touchpad on the player has just stopped working but the rest of it seems ok (power etc).

The 12m warranty has recently expired (typical!) I called Creative and they don't offer a repair service - they will only sell me a reconditioned one for £85. This seems a bit much when all I need is a new touch pad.

Does anyone know of a reliable repair shop or service? I am in London.
