NSM Hit 120 Jukebox?

Everytime you select a number say 28a for example the readout quickly changes to 70a and the carraige goes back and forth searching but obvously there are only slots up to 69b. This is on my NSM Hit 120 Jukebox, must be simple to fix but I don't now where to start.
