How can I get the film out of my Samsung 35mm camera..didn't auto rewind?

You need to open the camera in total darkness, either in a room with no light or a make shift film change bag.
For a film change bag:- Try putting the camera inside a thick jumper (no holes in!) fold the wide end over the neck, flip it over and use the arms to get in and feel the camera.
To change the film:-
on the bottom of the camera there may be a small black button in a recess, push this in as it disengages the ratchet.
open the back of the camera (in darkness) and unspool the film off the winder, then wind the film back into the cannister.
