Mend Oil Filled Radiators

How can i fix my heating staying on even when the control is showing off?

Heating has two port valves (water & heating) when the programmer is showing off or the programmer is fully disconnected the heating is still on?

like steve e said the heating valve if faulty stuck on, just need a new head or releasing.

its either wired incorrectly or the 2 port heating valve is either jammed open or the micro switch inside is closed
