Mend Samsung U900 Month Worked Fine

how can i fix my Samsung soul u900?

iv had a samsung soul, for around 9 month now, worked fine with no problems untill yesterday, there is no sound what soever, when i try to phone anyone, there is no dialing tone, when they answer, i cannot hear them, but they can hear me, i cannot play my ringtones, or keypad tones/message alerts, any ideas? would appreciate it alot

I have the same problem, it was working fine. Then when I went to make a call I couldn't hear anything, but they could hear me. There is no sound at all.
