my mahogany veneer wall unit has some sun damage - it has faded?

My wall unit has some sun damage, causing the veneer to become very faded. what can i do to repair it?

in the french polishing trade this is what we call "mellowing".
the sun bleaches the timber and turns it lighter.
in an ideal world it needs stripping and re-polished but for a quick fix u could always buy some stain (without varnish in) the same colour as the un-bleached side and just over- stain it with a rag.
then once it has dried you can give it a light waxing using NATURAL COLOURED WAX.
