Mend Roper RT150FR

Transmission on a Roper rear tine tiller RT150FR?

I just bought a used Roper rear tine tiller and the gears all work fine except when I go to till with it, it sounds like its slipping and the wheels don't pull it as the tines are working anyone have any idea on what I can do to resolve this I would appreciate any info anyone could offer me
